| Xytronic warrants their tools to be free of manufacturing defects
for a period one year with the exception of heaters and handpieces
(which are six months) and tips which have no warranty. The warranty
also does not cover product wear due to use or misuse. All
Xytronic tools sold by Howard Electronic Instruments, Inc. will be
repaired (Free of Charge) by Howard Electronic Instruments, Inc. for a
period of one year from the date of purchase from HEI. Shipping charges
must be paid to our facility and UPS Ground shipping charges will be
paid by HEI back to your facility. Any other method of shipment must be
paid by the customer.
Tips = No Warranty on tips
Heaters = Six month warranty
Handpieces = Six month warranty
Control Unit = One year warranty
