WRS7000 Seven-function Self-contained

Rework System
Weller's WRS7000 Seven-function Self-contained Rework and Repair Station has over 1200 watts of total power over five independently controlled channels (100 watts per channel) plus the air and vacuum ports allows you to use up to seven tools simultaneously: soldering, desoldering, small hot air pencil (100W) large hot air pencil (700W), thermal tweezers, dispensing, and vacuum pickup wand. The WRS7000 is ESD safe and UL and cUL listed. 1 year Warranty

	Built-in pump provides air for hot air tool, vacuum for desoldering tool
	Microprocessor with digital read-out gives you complete accuracy
	Temperature set-back can be programmed with the built-in timer
	Includes a vacuum pickup wand for handling components
	Dispensing and vacuum pickup wand utilize fast-acting shop air
	Timer on the front panel allows dispensing in timed intervals

Applications:

Production, rework, and repair of through hole and SMT boards. Applications requiring non-contact hot air. Heavy ground planes and multi-layer boards. Solder paste, epoxy, silicone, and potting compound dispensing applications. Lead-free solder applications.

A SMT quad tip is used to desolder a quad flat pack with the WSP80 soldering Pencil

Hot air is directed onto the leads of the QFP componet.

Through hole rework with the DSV80. Vacuum delay on the DSV80 to prevent clogging.
