PROCESS FOR CHANGING FROM ONE
CARTRIDGE TO ANOTHER
|
|
|
 |
Welcome to the most advance soldering station in the world.
Below are just some of the advanced features of the JBC AD 2200
soldering station. More features and benefits can be seen on
the revolution page or the
AD 2700 page. |
|
|
|
Any of the Advanced models will give you two
soldering irons in one.
The instant heat response will enable you to switch cartridges
without interrupting your work. Cartridges can easily be switched and
continue soldering in less than 10 Seconds. Switching from a small tip to a
large tip is effortless and requires no calibration since the temperature is
controlled by a microprocessor. |

GRAPHIC 1
Time to reach 350 ºC
A conventional soldering station takes from 10 to 90 seconds to reach 350
°C.
The Advanced 2010 gets there in 2 seconds. That gives some idea of the
response capability of the Advanced system.

|
GRAPHIC 2
Process for 5 solder joints
Here you can see the temperature fluctuations and the time taken to perform
the same series of five solderings using two stations: while the
conventional one suffers a temperature drop of 70 °C and needs 16 seconds to
do it, the Advanced one drops only 30 °C and halves the time taken: just 8
seconds.
With figures like that it is plain to see that the Advanced stations provide
the ultimate in soldering capability.
