Soldering Handpiece

The CD soldering control unit features large graphic display that shows important information at a glance. Any changes to the original settings can be easily made via menu on the display. See video clips
The intelligent sleep and hibernation functions, which help to extend tip life and to save energy, are combined with extremely fast temperature recovery unrivalled in the market.
This integrated parameter programming allows the station to memorize up to 5 temperatures, allowing to limit maximum temperature, programs sleep and hibernation mode, blocks the system with a PIN code.
The process control keeps fixed temperature limits, reads the usage counters, blocks the keypad with a PIN or program sleep or hibernation mode.
The stand is incorporated in the housing with the control unit for easy handling.

Temperature Levels: The temperature levels enable a fast access to the pre-selected temperature stored in each level by the user. Up to 5 temperature levels can be configured (which means, you can lock up to 5 temperatures), according to the working needs. Each level corresponds to a higher temperature than the one of the previous level, the higher the level, the higher the temperature.
You can work with the temperature levels activated or deactivated (by default they are deactivated):
Activated: You can increase or decrease the working temperature by increasing or decreasing the level.
Deactivated: you can increase or decrease the working temperature manually by intervals of 5ºC.(10ºF) see the program modification chart of the station parameters).
