971: POWER AND ECONOMY offers unsurpassed versatility for delicate and heavy duty work. Direct tip/heater configuration results in quick heat recovery at the tip. Advanced circuit design provides precise temperature control and calibration. High performance accumulator accepts a virtually limitless variety of general purpose tips.

971FX: BREATHE EASIER flux fumes are removed from the workplace at the soldering tip. A three stage filtration system pulls fumes into a contained vacuum chamber that is activated when the soldering tool is removed from the he holder. Collar assembly features an adjustable collection tube that works with most tip lengths shapes.

971HA: SURFACE MOUNT REWORK. This station delivers outstanding performance when using HOT AIR or traditional CONTACT rework techniques. Operates on shop air or nitrogen. Air flow is activated by an automatic switch in the tool holder or optional foot switch (FS205). Accepts a large cross section of tips and nozzles to accommodate most component sizes and shapes. Graduated flow regulator monitors air flow in SCFM.
