JBC MS9014 Electric Desoldering Pump Module

The MS9014 and MS9015 have been discontinued. Please see the new MS9024 and MS9025 for upgrade.

The MS 9014 electric desoldering pump and the MS 9015 air pressure desoldering system are the evolution of the MS 9004 and MS 9005. In both the new models the aspiration inlet is now located in the rear side of the box, close to the connector for the control unit. In this way the desoldering iron tube and the cable can be paired together, leaving more order on the work bench. The filter location is maintained on the front side of the pump, so it is easy to check if it is dirty and to change it quickly.

Features and Benefits:

MS 9014 - Electrically driven vacuum pump. Features an overdrive at startup. This will make the vacuum ramp up quickly so the solder is being removed before the solder joint cools down.

MS 9015 - Driven by compressed air by means of a Venturi valve. This system offers the best result because the vacuum ramps up instantly. Compressed air needs to be available at the operator’s bench.

These modules allow you to use our stations DD 5700, DM 6700 and DI2860 as Desoldering stations.

DESOLDERING IRON: Easy to clean and maintain. You can choose from two different types of deposits: metal and glass. Tips can be exchanged by placing the DR5600 in the fixture of the desoldering stand and removing the tip by unscrewing with the supplied tip socket.
DR 5650 Desoldering iron The desoldering iron DR 5650 is the new version of the desoldering iron DR5570 The most important improvement introduced with this new desoldering iron is the "screw-fit" desoldering tips system included in the heating element. It enhances thermal conductivity as well as solder intake.
