Jovy BGA Reballing Kits and Stencils
- Reballing is one of the
rework/repair processes that become easy and
not sophisticated with Jovy Systems®
Re-balling solutions for most wanted BGA
packages rework. The solution uses the
sphere solder balls and stencils to get the
most accurate results for Re-balling

Jovy
Lead and Leadfree Solder Balls
- Jovy Systems® provides integrated
re-balling solution from a combination of
high quality stencils and full list of
sphere solder balls. Solder balls are
provided in different diameters, to meet the
majority of rework and repair purposes for
the IC chip packages. Unlike the
problems might occur from using the solder
paste with mask stencil method in the latest
IC package types. The sphere solder balls
are the most accurate and easy way for
re-balling process. Sphere solder balls of
each size are provided with minimal
tolerances to achieve successful re-balling
process.

The
BGA Gel flux F010 and
F030 series has resin-like rheological
properties. It is completely halogen-free
which guarantees the long term reliability,
as well as excellent solderability.The Flux
is easily withstands lead free and normal
reflow profiles and the flux medium is
designed to volatilize at these
temperatures. The minimal, transparent
residue doesn't require cleaning. The BGA
gel flux can be applied by printing,
dispensing or with a brush. JV-F0XX is

Jovy XY Table and Board Holders
- Suitable for holding different
sizes of printed circut boards up to 40cm
X30cm. Easy in use fixture in dynamic
design for using with RE-7500 or with any
stations for rework and hand soldering up to
PCB size of 40cmX 30cm.

dissipation – to keep the user safe from any
thermal effects during the reworking

Jovy Reflectors are designed to control the
heating image emitted from the upper heater,
by allow the IR wave to travel in straight
line through specified window space, to
reflect the extra wave away from the spotted
area. Reflectors are available in three
different windows size, square shape pattern
20mm x 20mm, 30mm x 30mm and 40mm x 40mm. It
could be customized according to the
customer requirements. In any window size or
pattern, Should not exceed the upper heater
dimension (60mm X 60mm).

Jovy JV-LSU and JV-SSU Board Holders
- Jovy Systems® provide two
types of supporters. First type is JV-LSU
which can be used with large & odd shape
PCBs. Second type is JV-SSU which holds the
small and odd shape PCBs on the X-Y table.
Both of them are used with X-Y table, it is
essential to prevent any damage for the PCB
during the rework, especially for the thin
and small PCB, such as mobile phone
application, portable game console PCB and

Cobra LED-Light provides
powerful illumination of 3W power. It has a
lifespan over 60,000 hours which makes the
Cobra LED-Light both economical and
environment friendly. Cobra LED-Light is
mounted on 600mm classic flexible,
articulated arm for exact positioning. This
arm length allows free workspace and suits
any type of application. The flex arm could
be installed horizontally or vertically to
the C-clamp.
