Warranty Information |
All of our HEI Scope products, including microscopes and optic lens, are warranted against manufacturer's defects in
material and workmanship for five (5) years
from the original date of purchase, all of the other products, including stands,
stand accessories, light
sources, cameras, monitors and electronic parts, all carry a one
(1) year warranty. The bulbs and lamps carry no warranty.
Damage resulting from repair by unauthorized parties or
damage due to accident, alteration, misuse, or abuse is not covered. Warranty
service is provided by View Solutions thru Howard Electronic Instruments, Inc.
Defective products covered by the warranty will be repaired free of charge when
they are returned, postpaid, to Howard Electronic Instruments, Inc. or View
Solutions with a Return Material Authorization number.
