2.  HV test: 1500V leakage current ＜2mA;
3. Ground resistance＞ 500MΩ (2500V magneto-ohmmeter)
4. DPDT switch with null wire and live wire broken-off simultaneously;
5. 2A fast fuse
6. Fan protection hood to avoid personal injury by fan blade
